Welcome to the Kiwanis Doll Project.

The Kiwanis Doll is a body shaped doll, 40 cm tall, made of plain cotton and stuffed with polyester or cotton.  Dolls are given to children entering hospitals or other health care settings.  Children who need to undergo painful procedures are often frightened of what is going to happen to them and nervous about their strange environments.  Kiwanis Dolls can help ease their pain by providing a diversions and a comfort, by allowing a child to express feelings, and by helping prepare the child for a procedure.

The Kiwanis Doll is a FUN and EASY project for you and your club.  Please take a few minutes to learn more about this worthwhile project and join the thousands of volunteers who are making Young Children: Priority One.
